		<description>Yo Dan, I am not really a medical professional, but some things to especially look into are the effects of insufficient sleep on cortisol levels and sympathetic nervous system activity.
I believe insufficient sleep would cause both to rise.  Chronically high cortisol levels generally have deleterious effects over time, so that&#039;s something to look into.  I&#039;m currently undergoing a little personal sleep insufficiency (final exams), so I&#039;m just throwing this stuff out there as maybe something to keep an eye on.  Good luck.
